Tour Description

The Private Accessible 6 hour St. Lucia Shore Excursion offers you some of the most beautiful views in the entire Caribbean! On this tour, you will get a chance to explore true island life as you experience rain forest, mountain views, ocean views and warm island hospitality all in one. This accessible St. Lucia shore excursion will be one of the best memories from your accessible Caribbean cruise!

Begin this accessible St. Lucia shore excursion by meeting your friendly English speaking guide/driver at a designated meeting spot by the St. Lucia cruise dock. You will then board the fully accessible van and begin your comfortable, beautiful scenic ride on the island. En-route from the capital city of Castries to the Western side of the island, you’ll make several stops with your private guide for a chance to get out of the vehicle and take pictures of the lush St. Lucia rainforest and beautiful mountain range.

At the Western side of St. Lucia, this accessible excursion takes you to the quaint fishing village of Anse La Raye. This picturesque city offers an authentic display of local creole village life, and fine examples of French and English colonial architecture.

Among other things, this accessible St. Lucia guided tour also takes you to a photo point for the Pitons, a World Heritage Site of St. Lucia. The Pitons are two mountainous volcanic spires that stands over 700 meters tall! You will also get to visit another one of the most popular natural wonders of St. Lucia, the Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens. This six acre site is an alluring and peaceful retreat from the outside world.  This haven for birds, gives you an opportunity to experience admire a diverse range of tropical flowers, plant life and hot mineral springs. Right next to the botanical Garden you'll enjoy a delicious lunch buffet with fresh squeezed local juice.

Your accessible shore excursion of St. Lucia concludes with a stop at Marigot Bay, the breathtaking historical landmark, that is the pride and joy of the island. Not only was it the site of a number of battles between the French and British navies, it has also been used to shelter local boats from hurricanes, captured in famous movies throughout time (including Dr. Doolittle), and described as “The most beautiful bay in the Caribbean” by American novelist James Michener.

Since this accessible shore excursion of St. Lucia is a full day tour, there will be plenty of time to go at a relaxed pace, make extended stops to get out and experience the island first hand, and  make a lunch stop at an accessible restaurant if you desire (cost not included).

After a full day of exploring the beautiful island of St. Lucia, your private guide/driver will escort you back to the cruise dock where your next adventure awaits!
